Chronic Disease Management
Chronic diseases are becoming more common amongst us and affect the way we work and live.
GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP) are designed to improve the management of long-term conditions by providing a clear treatment pathway and facilitating multidisciplinary care.
What qualifies for a GPCCMP?
A chronic medical condition is defined as a condition that lasts for six months or more. It is a health issue that requires long-term management, often involving multiple health services, including specialists and allied health providers.

Skin Procedures
At North Medical, our GPs are trained to carry out a variety of minor surgical procedures.
Among the minor surgical services available at our clinic are:

Removal of moles, cysts, and skin cancers

Skin biopsy procedures

Treatment of abscesses through incision and drainage

Assessment and stitching of cuts and lacerations

Extraction of foreign objects

Wedge resections for issues like ingrown toenails

Placement of contraceptive implants (Implanon)
Please be aware that a fee will apply for all surgical procedures, in addition to a separate charge for the initial consultation.

Our Practice Nurses are experienced and certified in immunisation, dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and low-stress experience for all immunisations.
