Our Billing Principles

North Medical is a mixed-billing practice and all General Practitioners are third party contractors.  As contractors, each GP independently decides, at their own discretion, how they bill their patients.  

Cancellations & Non-Attendances

To avoid a non-attendance fee, we kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to attend or cancel within this timeframe will incur a $30 fee, payable before any future appointments can be scheduled (not covered by Medicare)
