Complaints. Sometimes they're a necessity to ensure improvement and quality assurance.
They're useful to:
- highlight gaps in service provision
- reveal patient concerns
- create opportunities to fix issues, strengthen systems, and build trust.
We prefer all complaints are sent to us in written form. You can do this by:
